We have been busy finalizing our app so that the customers and driver can have the most positive experience using our platform. First things first, we are accepting rides in the Atlanta area only but with a few changes. Let us update you on the current changes that have been made:
Hours of Operation
Sunday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Driver App
Drivers can now add their own bank credentials under the Bank Details section under the Main Menu section
Payouts will be automatically disbursed on every Monday each week.
Daily payouts are available UPON REQUEST ONLY to drivers that have completed 10 or more rides. ( Payout request must sent to admin@getheride.com SUBJECT LINE: DAILY PAYOUT (Driver Name)
Customer App
Apple Pay has now been added for iOS users.
Wallet feature has been removed. Only payment options are debit/credit card or Apple Pay.
Pickup request area zones are INSIDE the I-285 perimeter and ATL Airport only at this time.
Customers have the option to select a Favorite Driver for pickups.
